FAQ
Does everyone have to pay?
No. One person buys Premium for up to 5 people in the space. In a Business organisation all members get Premium automatically.
Where do I buy Premium?
In the iPhone or Android app via Apple or Google. The web version is unlocked along with it.
How do I cancel?
In your app store’s subscription settings, any time until the end of the period. Business is cancelled in the web app under Billing.
What happens after cancelling?
Your spaces and data stay. You just can’t create spaces beyond the 3 free ones, and Premium features switch off.
